We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketer

Overview of the position

Growth Experts is hiring a Growth Marketer to develop and execute marketing strategies for our B2B clients. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in both planning and hands-on execution, aiming to deliver measurable results in lead generation and business growth.

You will be instrumental in building and implementing marketing initiatives that align with our clients’ objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development & Execution

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign development.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
  • Utilize data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports to communicate progress and results to clients.

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Provide strategic advice and updates through regular communications and scheduled meetings.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.

Team Collaboration & Project Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align on project goals and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and best practices.

Problem Solving & Process Improvement

  • Tackle issues head-on, resolving challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, making operations scalable and efficient.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and follow-through at every level of the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in growth or digital marketing, with a focus on B2B.
  • At least 3 years experience in a digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity.

  • Location: Fully remote within South Africa, with complete flexibility in working hours.
