Terms and Conditions

1. Service Start Date
Our monthly services commence on the date of the onboarding call. Monthly invoices will recur on that same date each month.

2. Payment Terms
All invoices are payable within 7 days from the date of issuance.

3. Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.

Payment options

Invoices are emailed to you via Xero, our accounting software. 

You can pay using the following methods:

  • Credit or Debit Card (we use Stripe for card payments)
  • ACH Transfer
  • Wire Transfer

For South African 🇿🇦 and businesses outside of the United States:
It’s more accessible to pay via credit/debit card (through Stripe) or use Wise.com to send an ACH transfer.

A link to pay online, including details on ACH and Wire transfers, will be included with your first month’s invoice.
