Terms and Conditions

1. Service Start Date
Our monthly services commence on the date of the onboarding call. Monthly invoices will recur on that same date each month.

2. Payment Terms
All invoices are payable within 7 days from the date of issuance.

3. Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.

Payment options

Invoices are emailed to you via Xero, our accounting software. 

You can pay using the following methods:

• Credit or Debit Card
• ACH Transfer
• Wire Transfer

For South African 🇿🇦 and businesses outside of the United States:
It’s more accessible to pay via credit/debit card or use Wise.com to send an ACH transfer. (Attached is a screenshot of our banking details set up in Wise.com)

If you plan to send us an international wire transfer, please take note of the following:

This information, along with our banking details, will be included with your first month’s invoice.
